• Hours - M-F - 8-9 AM or 2:00 PM-4:00 PM check in or out. (Or by appointment between these hours).
• Saturday - 8-9:30 AM or 3-5:00PM.
• Sunday - closed (or by appointment). Extra fee may occur.

• Critter Care cannot guarantee that toys, blankets, or beds will be kept in the same condition as brought in.
• All dogs must have current vaccinations of distemper/parvo, Rabies and Bordetella. It is the dog owner’s responsibility to provide updated shot records.
• There is a $2.00 per day per dog medication administration fee added to the total bill .
• We allow dogs from the same household to share a room provided they can eat and sleep safely together. If your dogs must be separated to eat, please book separate spaces.
• We accept cash, checks, credit or debit cards. There is a 3% fee added to the card transaction.
• We require that you bring in your food since changing a dog’s food can cause a severe upset stomach.
• After 9 AM, there is a daycare fee of $20.00
• Owners must stay at front counter and let employees walk pets back to their space. Children and owners are not permitted to handle pets past the lobby area due to liability.
• Must be current on flea and tick prevention. If presence of fleas is found, we require treatment at your expense while in our care.
